Thank you for using OrbisPay. These terms of service (“Terms of Service”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Orbis Financial Technologies Inc., (“OrbisPay”) a Delaware corporation. As used in these Terms of Service, the words “you” and “your” refer to you, the user of the OrbisPay Services (as defined below), as the party agreeing to these Terms of Service. The words “we”, “us”, “our” and any other variation thereof refer to OrbisPay. Any reference to “OrbisPay” in this document includes our directors, officers, employees, contractors, owners, agents, licensors, or licensees.
