This Membership Agreement (this “Agreement”), between you (the “Member”) and Alpine Center CCPHP LLC (the “Company”), sets forth the terms of your Membership in the Company’s “Membership Program.” The Agreement includes the Additional Terms attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement and the Company’s Membership Handbook (the “Handbook”) as such may be amended and posted at ccphp.net/alpine/member-handbook from time to time. The Handbook should be read carefully because it includes important information about the terms of your Membership, including the details of the “Enhancements” that are referenced below. The Handbook as in effect on the Effective Date of the Agreement is attached as Exhibit A. Please note that the Handbook is updated and revised from time to time and therefore you should periodically review the version posted at the above-referenced link to see if there have been any changes.
