When the agreement was concluded, Heidelberg Postpress Deutschland GmbH was still called “Heidelberger Druckmaschinen Vertrieb Frankfurt GmbH”. The control and profit transfer agreement was entered in the commercial register of HDVF on March 31, 1999.
