Neither the Union nor any employees shall take part in or call or encourage any strike, sit-down, slowdown or any suspension of work or any picketing with respect to a labour dispute or other Interference against the Employer which shall in any way effect the operations of the Employer. In the event of any such interference, the Union, through its officers, representatives and stewards, shall instruct the employees in- volved to return to work and perform their usual duties and, if advisable, resort to the grievance procedure provided herein. The Employer shall not engage in any lock-out of the employees.
