A request has been received from NV Energy to enter into an agreement for access to an equipment easement at the Maryland Parkway and Oakey Boulevard property. Clark County School District will construct a fence for electrical and related communication equipment within the area referred to as the Utility Yard. NV Energy is requesting perpetual rights and an easement to construct, operate, add to, modify, maintain, and remove the equipment within, on, over, and across the Utility Yard and 24-hour direct access with no prior authorization.
