This Customer Agreement, (including any applicable addenda to this Customer Agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”)) describes the terms and conditions between you and Northland Connect, Inc., the successor-in-interest to Northland Connect, Inc., (Northland Connect,” “Us” or “We”), applicable to Northland Connect’s Internet access services (the “Internet Service(s)”) and voice over Internet protocol service (“Exede Voice”) (the Internet Service(s) and Exede Voice may also be individually referred to as the “Service” or collectively referred to as the “Services”).
