This Loki Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of (“Effective Date”) by and between Loki Management Systems Inc. and/or its affiliates (“Loki”) and , (“Customer”). This Agreement governs the ongoing use of the Software. This Agreement with the Customer shall consist of all of the applicable Order Forms, these Terms and Conditions, and any applicable attachments.
