THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between the not-for-profit West Pasco Youth Soccer Association, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Organization"), whose registered business address is 4522 Onorio Street, New Port Richey, Florida 34653 and PASCO COUNTY (hereinafter referred to as the "County"), a political subdivision of the State of Florida, by and through its Board of County Commissioners, whose address is 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, Florida 33525 for the use of County owned facilities at the following County park(s) J. Ben Harrill Recreation Complex, Land O’Lakes Recreation Complex and W.H. Jack Mitchell, Jr., Park (hereinafter referred to as “the facility” or “the facilities”).
