My child, , is not yet 18-years-old and will participate from September 14, 2018 to September 16, 2018 in the 2018 Yale Invitational Tournament (the “Program”), which is being organized and run by the Yale Debate Association, a registered student organization of Yale University. This document (“Agreement”) covers all aspects of my child’s participation in the Program. In this Agreement, “Yale” means Yale University, its trustees, officers, employees, trainees, students, volunteers, and agents and the Yale Debate Association.
