Parents/Guardians: This Master Agreement is valid for a one-year placement in the District’s Independent Study Program. If you would like your student to continue in the program and he/she is meeting the requirements, the contract can be renewed for an additional semester. If you would like your student in independent study for a short period of one to three weeks, that program is provided by your student’s school site and requests must be made a minimum of one week prior to the date of proposed absence.
