This Master Agreement for Professional Services ("Agreement") is entered into as of the Effective Date specified above (“Effective Date”), between EP2M LLC ("Vendor) and the City of Tempe, AZ ("Customer"). Customer and Vendor may hereinafter be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
