AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you or the corporation, partnership or other legal entity you represent (“Client”) and ChargePoint, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal office located at 254 East Hacienda Ave, Campbell, CA 95008 (“CPI or “Charge- Point”) and is effective on the date that Client electronically accepts this Agreement (the “Effec- tive Date”). Client and CPI are each sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
