ADDENDUM TO STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREEMENT BETWEENAddendum to Standard Terms and Conditions • August 12th, 2020 • Colorado
This Addendum to Standard Terms and Conditions and Agreement (“Addendum”) is by and between the DOUGLAS COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT RE-1 (referred to herein as the “District” or “DCSD” or as the “Customer” in the Standard Terms and Conditions), a public school district and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, and EDGENUITY INC., and shall be enforceable when fully executed by both Parties as identified on the dates of execution below and only after approval of the District’s Board of Education. The Agreement between the Parties, as amended by this Addendum, shall be referred to herein as the “Amended Agreement.”
