This P-TECH 9-14 Model Agreement, (“Agreement”) is entered into by and among Equinix, Inc., a Delaware corporation with a place of business at 2323 Bryan St #1400, Dallas, TX 75201 (“Industry Partner” or “Equinix”); the Dallas Independent School District (“Dallas ISD”), a public independent school district and political subdivision of the State of Texas; and Dallas College (“Dallas College” or “College”), a Texas political subdivision of higher education located at 801 Main St, Dallas, TX 75202 (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), and sets forth the roles of the various parties in regard to the implementation of the Pathways to Technology Early College High School (“P-TECH”) model at Franklin D. Roosevelt High School (the “Program”).
