(collectively – "you"), are engaged in the business of manufacture and sale of carbide and other cutting tools and inserts for the metal removal industry, in various techniques and methods on a worldwide basis. We have expressed an interest in offering you our services and/or our products and/or counseling and/or professional advice (each and all - the "Services"), in connection with your business.
