Wesley House Family Services, Inc (“Wesley House”), by executing this agreement, certifies that (1) Wesley House and each provider is a non-public school or facility; (2) Wesley House will assure the provision of the child care service to children of teenage parent students as contemplated in this agreement; (3) the respective staffs of Wesley House and the independent child care providers (“providers”) selected by the teen parent to provide the services contemplated herein are fully licensed or registered by the appropriate state, county, and local authorities, and have a signed agreement with Wesley House to provide the services contemplated by this agreement; and (4) Wesley House specifically agrees as follows:
