This document is a template contract variation agreement for GDPR processor clauses that has been developed by Irwin Mitchell for the Association of Colleges to assist further education colleges in the UK to prepare for the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and the Data Protection Act 2018 taking effect. This document has been prepared on the basis of what is required by law, what is good practice, and our understanding of issues common to further education colleges.
