This FirstPromoter Partner Agreement (the “Agreement”) set forth the terms and conditions that apply to the access and use of products and services (the “Platform”) provided by FP Partners LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with a place of business at 30 N Gould ST STE R Sheridan, WY 82801 (“FirstPromoter,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”) to the partner (“Partner,” “You,” or “Yours”), which can be individuals, consultants, or companies. FirstPromoter and Partner are each referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
