Shaw Warren, Jr., M.D. (the "Consultant"), a member of the medical staff at The General Hospital Corporation doing business as Massachusetts General Hospital (together with any other non-profit institution with which the Consultant may be affiliated in the future, the "Institution"). 1. SERVICES 1.1 Services.
