On September 25, 2001, Illinois Bell Telephone Company d/b/a Ameritech Illinois ("Ameritech") and TDS Metrocom, Inc. (“TDS”) filed with the Commission an Interconnection Agreement ("Agreement") between TDS and Ameritech. This filing was made in accordance with the Commission's Arbitration Decision of August 8, 2001, as extended by order of the Commission on August 28, 2001 in Docket No. 01-0338. TDS and Ameritech are seeking Commission review of this Agreement pursuant to Section 252(e) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 ("Act"). TDS, Ameritech, and Staff support approval of the Agreement.
