The Village and the Orchard Brook Homeowner Association entered into an agreement in 1998 to cooperate in the restoration of the wetlands within the Association’s boundaries, and to provide stream bank stabilization to Lacey Creek, which connects those wetlands. The agreement was most recently renewed one year ago and expires on December 31, 2001. It is requested that the agreement be renewed for one more year, under the same terms and conditions.
