This agreement, made and entered into by the Gadsden Independent School District (“GISD”) and Castille and Ortiz, LLC (“Legal Service Provider” or “LSP”) governs legal services provided on an as-needed basis for the period of one year from the date approved by the GISD Board. In accordance with NMSA 1978 13-1-129, this agreement relies on the contract between the New Mexico School for the Blind and Castille and Ortiz, LLC, which is a current price agreement for similar services.
