This is an annual agreement between the Missouri Department of Transportation and the City of Joplin for Federal Transportation Planning Assistance. The purpose of this agreement is to allow the Joplin Metropolitan Planning Organization (whereas the City of Joplin is the designated recipient of the assistance) to receive monetary support to complete transportation planning duties and projects that are eligible for federal financial assistance.
