If military or other drawings are made a part of this contract, any reference in the drawings to Federal specifications or stand- ards will be considered to be a reference to the date of such Federal specification or standard identified in the contract. If the date of the Federal specification or standard is not identified in the contract, the edition, including revisions thereto, in effect on the date the solicitation is issued will apply.
