This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of July 31, 2003 (the “Effective Date”), between North Atlantic Networks, LLC (“North Atlantic”), a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of New Hampshire, with offices at 800 South Main Street, Suite LL, Mansfield, MA 02048 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and North Atlantic may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
