In lieu of submission of an Erosion and Sediment Control Plan for development on the above mentioned lot, I agree to comply with the requirements of the Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook, latest edition. I will install all erosion and sediment control measures in accordance with Minimum Standards and Specifications of the Commonwealth of Virginia, in order to protect against the sedimentation of waters of the state and/or roadways, and damages to downstream and adjacent properties that may occur as a result of land disturbing activities.
