These General Terms and travel regulations are a component part of the Agreement between Real Tours, LLC, (dba TrulyCroatia Tours), (hereinafter: the Agency) and the travel contractor (hereinafter: the Traveler). All the information and terms in the program and these General Terms are binding for both the Agency and the Traveler.
