This agreement is made effective upon receipt of a device, between the Cedar Rapids Community School District (CRCSD), the student receiving a device (“Student”), and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian (“Parent”). The Student and Parent(s), in consideration of being provided with a device, software, and related materials (the “Device” or the “Technology”) for use while a student is at Cedar Rapids Community School District, hereby agree as follows:
