This Amendment No. 5 to Pricing Agreement is entered into effective between the City of Bend, Oregon (“City”) and Mid Columbia Producers, Inc. (formerly Bend Oil Company, Inc.) (Contractor”) and amends the Pricing Agreement between City and Contractor dated January 3, 2013 for Fuel and Related Services.
