This EU Data Processing Addendum (this “Addendum”) forms part of the agreement between Sportsdigita, LLC (“Supplier” or “Processor”) and Customer (”Controller”) for the license of the Subscription Services identified in the Order Form and End User Terms of Service or other equivalent Master Subscription Services Agreement entered into between Controller and Processor for the use and delivery of the Subscription Services (the “Agreement”).
