This Perpetual License Agreement ("Agreement") is between ColumbiaSoft Corporation, an Oregon corporation ("Licensor"), and the licensee party identified on a duly executed Order (as defined below) ("Licensee"). By downloading, installing and/or using the Software (as defined below) or by signing or submitting an Order, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Licensee may use the Software only in compliance with this Agreement and any duly executed Order.
