This Group Net Metering Agreement (this “Agreement”) is by and between BDE Addison Lazar Solar, LLC (“OWNER”), a Vermont limited liability company with principal place of business in Shelburne, Vermont, and Town of Shelburne, Vermont, a Vermont municipal corporation with principal place of business in Shelburne, Vermont (“CUSTOMER”) (OWNER and CUSTOMER together referred to as “Parties” and each individually as a “Party”) and is effective and binding on the Parties as of the date hereof.
