This is a self-parking lot. Head-in-parking only. Park at your own risk. This is a license and not a bailment. In consideration of furnishing you a parking space, you agree to the conditions on this parking reservation and that St. Thomas More University Parish shall not be liable for damage resulting from injury or loss to you, other persons accompanying you, your vehicle, or any contents therein. You hereby waive and release St. Thomas More University Parish from any claim for such damages or loss, whether resulting from fire, theft, or negligence of others or otherwise.
