This First Amended Loan Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on July 13, 2022, and reinforces, and continues all rights granted herein as of the prior Effective Date of the original loan agreement entered into on June 30th, 2022, (the “Original Loan”), as if entered into as of the original Effective Date, by and between LEX VEST LTD, a Nevada limited liability company (the “Lender”) and EMANATIONS COMMUNICATIONS GROUP, LC, a Utah limited liability company (“Emanations” or “Borrower”), whom operates at 190 N. Cutler Drive Suite D North Salt Lake City, UT 84054 and JENNIFER KARONY, an individual, and the CEO of the Borrower ( “Guarantor”). The above-described individuals and entities may be referred to as a “Party” or “Parties,” as necessary in this Agreement. All exhibits to the Original Loan continue, and this Loan Agreement replaces the Original Loan.
