Tupper, Surveyor”, filed with the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds (the “Registry”) as No. 350 of 1927, recorded in Book 1742 Page 408, by virtue of a deed from Nathan Truong and Quan Ong dated June 7, 2018 to the Grantors recorded with the Registry at Book 36044 Page 486 (the “Grantor’s Land”) and the CITY OF QUINCY, a municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and having a place of business at 1305 Hancock Street, Quincy, Massachusetts 02169 (the “Grantee”).
