Pursuant to Title IV-D of the Social Security Act, Parts 302, 303, and 304 of Title 45 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR); sections 3125.13 to 3125.17 of the Ohio Revised Code; and rules 5101:12-1-80 to 5101:12-1-80.4 of the Ohio Administrative Code (hereafter "IV-D Contract rules"), the Geauga County Child Support Enforcement Agency (hereafter "CSEA") enters into this IV-D Contract with (hereafter "Contractor") to purchase services for the effective administration of the support enforcement program.
