(formerly Instinet Corporation) (the "Initial Member"), a Delaware corporation, and Reuters Holdings Switzerland SA ("RHSSA"), a Swiss corporation, and in the event any other parties are admitted to membership, such other parties who shall execute this Agreement by subscribing their names as members to the signature page hereof (each a "Member," and collectively, the "Members").
