This LICENSE AND AFFILIATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of , 2012 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Citizens of the World Charter Schools, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“Licensor” or “CWC”), and Citizens of the World Charter School New York1, a New York education corporation (“Licensee”), established to operate one or more public schools in New York City.
