This agreement (“Agreement”), made effective (“Effective Date”), is between Power Survey and Equipment Inc. or its affiliate signing below (“Powerside”), having a principal place of business at 7850 Trans-Canada Route, Saint-Laurent, Quebec H4T 1A5, CANADA and the customer identified below (“Customer” or “you”) for the supply of the Powerside In-site power system monitoring solution (“Powerside Solution”).
