This AGREEMENT is made and entered into by Multiple Listing Service of Columbus Association of REALTORS®, Inc. d/b/a Columbus and Central Ohio Regional Multiple Listing Service (“CCOR”), with offices at 2700 Airport Drive, Columbus, OH 43219; the real estate brokerage firm identified as “Firm” on the signature page below (“Firm”); the Salespersons affiliated with Firm that are identified on the signature page and in Exhibit A, if any (collectively the “Salesperson Party”); and the individual or business association identified as “Consultant” on the signature page below, if any (“Consultant”).
