This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING, entered into on April 30, 2013, at Van Nuys, California, between the representatives of the U. S. Postal Service and the designated agent of the Union signatory to the National Agreement, Branch 2462 N.A.L.C. pursuant to the Local Implementation Provision of the 2011-2016 National Agreement. The Memorandum of Understanding constitutes the entire agreement on matters relating to local conditions of employment.
