This Academic Alliance Agreement ("Agreement"), dated as of February 20, 2020 (the "Effective Date"), is entered into by and between Automation Anywhere, Inc., a California corporation with offices at 633 River Oaks Parkway, San Jose, CA 95134 U.S.A. (hereafter referred to as “AAI”), and Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts & Science for Women a Tamilnadu/India institution located at 395, Sarojini Naidu Road, New Siddhapudhur, Coimbatore – 641 044 (hereafter referred to as “SRCASW”). SRCASW and AAI are hereafter collectively referred to as the “parties”.
