This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the GSEPS agreed between the Investor (also referred to as “you”) and the Investment Manager (also referred to as “we” or “us”). Acceptance of an Investor’s Application Form by the Investment Manager will constitute a binding agreement on the terms and conditions of this Agreement between that Investor and the Investment Manager.
