This agreement is made the day of , 2013 by and between Liturgical Publications, Inc. (LPi) and the Village of Grafton (Customer) for the benefit of the Multipurpose Senior Center. In consideration for LPi providing a complete and continuous publication service, the Customer hereby assigns to LPi all of its rights to any advertising revenue from the publication and agrees to distribute the publication to its members.
