This Master Articulation Agreement (“Agreement”) is applicable for students enrolled at Anne Arundel Community College upon the execution date of this Agreement. This Agreement may be modified by the mutual written consent of both parties. This Agreement may be terminated by either party by giving written notice six months prior to the intended termination date to the other party. Such termination will not affect the participation in the articulated programs of those Anne Arundel Community College students who have been fully admitted or admitted on probation to UMBC.
