This Referral Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into in San Mateo, California, USA, as of the date on which You click the “I Agree” button displayed herewith, between You and NetSuite Inc., a Delaware corporation (“NetSuite”), with its headquarters located at 2955 Campus Drive, Suite 100, San Mateo, California 94403. Capitalized terms are defined throughout this Agreement and in Section 7. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
