This Software as a Service (SaaS) Agreement is effective as of the Effective Date and is a binding agreement between Neotas Limited whose registered office is at 3rd Floor 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE (‘Neotas’, ‘Company’ ‘we’ or ‘us’) and includes its Affiliates, successors and assigns and the entity signing below (“Client”). Neotas and Client shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”.
