This contract was awarded as a result of a RFP, which was awarded on June 1, 2006 to Swifty Printing. This contract is one of multiple vendors for printing and related services to be ordered on an “as needed” basis in accordance with Attachment #1 (in receipt) and City of Seattle’s Terms and Conditions, Attachment #2 (in receipt). This contract is for two years with options to extend for two (2) additional two (2) year periods as mutually agreed, for a total contract life until 06/30/12 if all extensions are exercised by the City. During the term of this agreement either party may propose changes provided that thirty (30) days advanced written notice is furnished.
