This Supplemental Agreement No. 1, dated as of [ ], 2017 (the “Supplemental Agreement”), between the City of Cleveland, Ohio (the “City”) and the County of Cuyahoga, Ohio (the “County”) supplements the Cooperative Agreement, made and entered into as of September 15, 1992 (the “Original Cooperative Agreement”), between the City and the County. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized words and terms used in this Supplemental Agreement shall have the definitions assigned to them in the Original Cooperative Agreement.
