This is a Master Services Agreement (“Agreement”) between Intergraph Corporation D/B/A Hexagon PPM having a primary address at 305 Intergraph Way, Madison, Alabama 35758 (“PPM”) Customer. This Agreement shall apply to any Xalt cloud services purchased by Customer from PPM or any other Hexagon Group Company. Such services include and may not be limited to any software/service with “Xalt” in the description and “Connected Worker”.
